This will involve all aspects of behaviour management, including one to one work, communication with parents/carers and outside agencies, and building engagement with hard to reach students. This role will also include supporting the safeguarding team to ensure the welfare of all students and successful applicants will undertake DSL training.

Please return your completed application form (Microsoft Word 2003 .doc), together with your letter of application (no more than two sides of A4), outlining what your skills and experience will bring to Fernwood, and how you will be able to fulfil the job description.

Please return completed application form and letter of application to the Head Teacher’s PA, Mrs C Smith at recruitment@fernwoodschool.org.uk.
