The Fernwood School is seeking to appoint a part time receptionist (Monday & Tuesday 8am to 4pm – Term Time Only) to join an experienced reception team to deliver a welcoming atmosphere and outstanding administrative assistance. The successful applicant will work to promote the school ethos and uphold the good reputation of the school within the wider community at all times.

As part of the team you will be the first point of contact for staff, students, parents, visitors and contractors in school. You will operate the switchboard, dealing with calls and general enquiries and complete administrative duties as directed. In addition, you will be a member of the first aid team (training will be provided).

The role requires excellent customer services and communication skills and the ability to multitask.
