GCSE Results Day Information

Dear Student,

As you will be aware, the GCSE results day is Thursday 24 August 2017. You are able to come into school, on this day, between 10:00am and 12.00 to collect your results.

If you are not able to come and collect your results on this day there are other ways for us to get the information to you;

• Via email – I will need a letter, signed by you, giving me permission to send your results to you this way. Please make sure the correct email address is on the letter.
• Post – I will need a stamped addressed envelope along with a letter of consent, signed by you, giving me permission to send your results this way.
• Collection by another person – I will need a letter from you stating the name of the person who will be collecting them on your behalf. This arrangement cannot be done on the day.

If one of these three options is a convenient way to receive your results, please get the details into school, marked for the attention of Mrs Bettinson, the Examinations Officer, by 20th July. We are unable to release results to any other person without first having received written consent, signed and dated by you.  There will also be staff available in school on Friday 25th from 10.00am until 11.30am if you have any further exam related enquiries.
