Parents’ Information Presentation January 6th 2016

Dear Parent / Carer,

We have an Initiative across the school that we refer to as “The Fernwood Award.” We would like to invite you to attend a special parents’ presentation meeting in the School Hall to help you understand a little more about it. We will explain to you fully how this new positive opportunity really can enhance everything that your sons and daughters are doing, both inside and outside school.

We hope you will be able to attend, making you better informed and understanding how you will be able to encourage your children to take a full and active part in this venture. Your sons and daughters have had their own assembly explaining the award to them in detail so please; do not bring them along as we will be very pushed for space. The dates and times are set out below:

Wednesday 6th January 2016 starting promptly at 6.30 pm to finish at 7.30pm

Year 7 and 8 Fernwood Award parents’ information presentation.

If you attended one of these meetings last year when we launched the scheme there is no need for you to come along again, this is intended for anyone that could not attend initially.

We very much look forward to seeing you at the parents’ presentation meeting.
